How the Electric Vehicle Buying Service (EVBS) works

1. We work with you to identify a vehicle
2. We usually have 2 working days before the vehicles go through auction following their details being published.
3. We agree a maximum amount to bid on your behalf
4. You deposit the agreed maximum amount into our bank account via transfer (less our fees)
5. If we do not win the car you are after we return your deposit by transfer
6. If we win your vehicle for less than the agreed maximum we will deduct our fee and return the balance.
7. Vehicles will be delivered to us by the auction company if not local to us. This usually takes a maximum of 5 working days
8. We carry out a comprehensive vehicle check
9. We arrange a time/date for you to collect the vehicle from our garage.
10. You pay our fee prior to collection (if not already paid)
11. We provide 24/7 phone support and exclusive access to our Service facilities
